Our proprietary technology powered by cutting-edge AI, Machine Learning and Computer Vision ensures PIM (Product Information Management) quality data in seconds, with 100% accuracy for leading CPG brands and retailers.

At Foodspace, you will join a team of driven, passionate, and caring people hungry to make change in an untapped industry. We’re not only solving complex technical problems at scale but also tackling key initiatives with meaningful impacts. Our team is determined to disrupt a massive industry and leave behind a positive legacy for generations to come. We're looking for the right person to join our close-knit team and help take our foundational product and early-stage startup to the next level.

Come Work With Us:

Do you want your work to have a significant impact on other people’s lives and their relationship with food? At Foodspace, your work will not only shape who you will become professionally but personally as well. We’re funded, committed to increasing transparency, passionate about our mission, and one of the most dedicated teams you’ll find. Our mentality is simple. Work smart, play hard. Above all, we are a results-driven team that values DATA: diversity, accountability, transparency, and agility and we are going places because of it.

The Director of Operations role is an exciting opportunity to shape Foodspace’s future by defining key operational processes and directly impacting our growth and revenue. Reporting to the COO, you’ll lead our world-class Operations Production team and oversee the data processing production line. You’ll manage data ingestion and processing for a wide array of data and be an integral driver of operational excellence at Foodspace by building out the infrastructure and workflows that ensure consistent and timely production of high-quality data at the best possible cost. In that pursuit, you will have the autonomy to set the vision for what good looks like and execute against that vision. Additionally, you’ll manage large globally distributed teams focused on delivering #justgooddata to our customers. Internally, you will be a main strategist behind complex change management efforts, continuous improvement, product excellence, QC/QA, and employee and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate is equal measures analytical, strategic, results-oriented, proactive, Type A, and energetic. Having already worked in a high-performing Operations function, you know how to achieve excellence and can build out the underlying infrastructure, processes, and programs to get us there. As a resourceful problem solver, you are confident in your ability to prioritize and implement initiatives that improve productivity, quality, value, and customer experience while reducing costs, complexity, and roadblocks. As a proven innovator, streamlining workflows and implementing automation are key pieces of your operational strategy because you understand the urgent needs of our operations today and can easily develop innovative long-term solutions tomorrow. As a leader, you have high standards, thrive in highly visible and impactful roles, and bring a track record of successfully impacting revenue many times over. Above all, you maintain a deep understanding of how to design operations around data, a belief that process is a tool to remove constraints not create them, and a passion for developing and mentoring global talent. In the startup space, you are a “doer” with demonstrated success adapting to rapidly changing priorities, wearing multiple hats, building things from the ground up, and leading projects in fast-paced and high-growth environments. Ultimately, however, you are serious about your work, but not about yourself. Let’s face it - the way 2021 is going, you kind of need a sense of humor.
